Basic vanilla buttercreme icing

1 stick butter
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
2 tsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 lb pkg confectioners sugar

Mix butter and cream cheese together until creamy.  Gradually add the sugar, milk and vanilla until icing is well blended and stiff.
